While younger generations generally have fewer health concerns and lower interest in health, it is essential to establish good eating and exercise habits early, as well as to encourage participation in screenings such as cancer checks.<\/p>\n<p>There are also issues commonly seen during adolescence, such as mental health challenges, excessive dieting, and drug misuse including overdosing.
