On October 1, 2025, Tokyu Land Corporation<\/a>, in collaboration with Livlan Co., Ltd.<\/a>, officially commenced construction of the rental apartment building \u201c(Tentative Name) Sasazuka Project,\u201d which features a total of 76 units, all designed for soundproof living. This apartment is conveniently located just a five-minute walk from the Keio Line’s \u201cDaita Bridge\u201d station and a ten-minute walk from the \u201cSasazuka\u201d station, making access one of its key attractions. All units will allow for 24-hour music practice and game streaming, aiming for a sound insulation performance of D-70 or higher.<\/p>\n

Accommodating various lifestyles<\/h3>\n

This project offers a range of layouts to accommodate diverse lifestyles, from approximately 30\u33a1 one-room apartments to about 100\u33a1 three-bedroom units. Notably, the premium three-bedroom apartments are rare as soundproof rental units. The apartments will employ \u201cfloating floor\u201d and \u201cBox in Box\u201d construction methods, ensuring meticulous attention to sound insulation. Furthermore, not only the soundproof performance within the units but also a pathway that can accommodate a C7 size grand piano has been ensured.<\/p>\n

A next-generation residence for music lovers<\/h3>\n

The concept of this apartment building is “next-generation soundproof residence.” It combines the expertise of Tokyo Land’s \u201cBrillia ist<\/a>\u201d series with Livlan’s \u201cMusision<\/a>\u201d series to support the lifestyles of music enthusiasts.
