On July 1, 2025, the live streaming app “REALITY“, operated by REALITY Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, CEO: Hideto Araki), has started accepting applications for the first batch of its development project ‘VVVV Academy feat. Shibuya Hal’ featuring VTuber Shibuya Hal. This project is gaining attention as an attempt to forge a new stage in the streaming world.

A New Breeze with Shibuya Hal

This project features the popular VTuber Hal Shibuya, who is both an operator and a talent at the VTuber agency NeoPorte, participating as a REALITY official ambassador. Shibuya Hal is a member of TSM and the first-ever Red Bull Player. As well as being involved in various activities centering on APEX LEGENDS, he has significant influence through streaming and video uploads.

Voy4 Campus

As part of this project, the official program ‘Voy4 Campus with Shibuya Hal’ is scheduled to air monthly starting August 2025. In this show, the four participants chosen as the first batch will challenge various projects along with Shibuya Hal and learn practical know-how. The first episode will be released on August 31, 2025, with a screening planned at the LIVE event REALITY CON 2025 in Tokyo on October 4.

Recruitment Details and Application Method

• Number of Recruits: 4 people
• Application Period: July 1–July 15, 2025
• Result Notification: Late July to early August (sent within the REALITY app)

As application criteria, 2-3 people will be selected from the top REALITY streamers, and 1-2 people from all REALITY users. Applications are being accepted on the special website, and candidates must be able to participate in pre-set recording schedules.
