The VTuber agency Frontier LLC, which operates “Palette Drive,” will hold a talent audition to recruit new members starting August 15, 2025. This audition aims to attract those who dream of engaging in streaming and entertainment, and we warmly welcome applicants with no prior experience.

What Palette Drive Seeks in Talent

Palette Drive is looking for individuals who have a passion for streaming, have a message they want to share with others, and are eager to challenge themselves with new experiences. Experience is not required, and even those with no prior experience can apply. The agency values the uniqueness of its talents and is prepared to provide full support.

Application Period and Number of Recruits

The audition application period will be from August 15, 2025 (Friday) to September 30, 2025 (Tuesday) at 23:59, with a limited number of recruits accepted.

Application Guidelines and Preferred Conditions

Applicants must be healthy individuals aged 18 or older, able to engage in activities at least three times a week, and capable of continuing for a minimum of two years. Participation in events within Tokyo is also required. Those with experience in streaming or video posting, or specific talents, are especially welcome.

Support System and Important Notes

Palette Drive offers comprehensive support for activities and streaming, covering the entire cost of creating the VTuber model. Additionally, we provide partial funding for soundproof rooms and activity costs, as well as support for the creation, sale, and management of merchandise. Other services include assistance with copyright clearance for game streaming and acting as an intermediary for external requests, as well as opportunities to participate in agency-hosted events.

As an important note, applicants must not currently be affiliated with any other talent agency or label, or must be in a position to terminate their contract upon acceptance. For working individuals, those in jobs that allow side jobs can also apply.
