In September 2025, “ONEGAME,” an esports support facility designed to promote social participation for people with disabilities, will open three new locations in Saga, Yokkaichi-kita, and Shinjuku. The initiative is operated by One Life Inc., which aims to expand employment opportunities by combining esports with disability welfare.

ONEGAME’s Unique Approach

ONEGAME operates as a Type B support facility that uses esports as a means to develop job skills, providing a pathway to careers in the gaming and esports industries. For many, ONEGAME has become a place that connects their passion for gaming with personal growth. A male participant in his 20s from the Player Course shared, “Growing every day alongside teammates who share my interests gives me a sense of comfort similar to family.” Meanwhile, a female participant in her 20s enrolled in the Commentary & Casting Course noted, “I’ve discovered the joy of using my voice and gained more self-confidence,” highlighting her satisfaction with the program.
