ONEGAME Opens New Facility to Boost eSports Participation for Disabled

In September 2025, “ONEGAME,” an esports support facility designed to promote social participation for people with disabilities, will open three new locations in Saga, Yokkaichi-kita, and Shinjuku. The initiative is operated by One Life Inc., which aims to expand employment opportunities by combining esports with disability welfare.
ONEGAME’s Unique Approach
ONEGAME operates as a Type B support facility that uses esports as a means to develop job skills, providing a pathway to careers in the gaming and esports industries. The facility offers three specialized courses—【Player】, 【Event Management】, and 【Commentary & Casting】—where participants receive dedicated coaching and training. More details are available here.
What Participants Are Saying
For many, ONEGAME has become a place that connects their passion for gaming with personal growth. A male participant in his 20s from the Player Course shared, “Growing every day alongside teammates who share my interests gives me a sense of comfort similar to family.” Meanwhile, a female participant in her 20s enrolled in the Commentary & Casting Course noted, “I’ve discovered the joy of using my voice and gained more self-confidence,” highlighting her satisfaction with the program.
