Asukanet Corporation  is collaborating with Peperoncino Corporation, Miracle Mile Inc., and High Ball Inc. to host the “2nd Awa VTuber Festival” in Tokushima Prefecture on February 28 (Sat) and March 1 (Sun), 2026. As VTuber culture gains momentum, particularly in urban areas, events in regional settings are still relatively rare. However, based on past successes, Asukanet has planned this new event.

Music Live Event

On the first day of the event, February 28, music live performances featuring VTubers and V-livers are scheduled at three venues in Tokushima City. About 33 VTubers are expected to participate, along with a DJ event specializing in Vocaloid songs. Attendees can look forward to a new entertainment experience that combines the charm of Tokushima with digital technology. Exclusive merchandise available only at the event will also be on sale.

Fan Meeting and New MR Experience “Marine de Meet”

On March 1, a fan meeting will take place in Tokushima City. Of particular note is the new MR fan meeting experience, “Marine de Meet.” By wearing special goggles, participants will enjoy an immersive experience that allows them to interact directly with VTubers. This is an opportunity to explore the new possibilities of interactive digital entertainment.

Special Fan Meeting at Lesser-Known Tourist Spots in Southern Tokushima

As part of the event, a special fan meeting is also planned at a hidden tourist spot in southern Tokushima. Participants will have a chance to spend one-on-one time with VTubers and experience the new attractions of Tokushima.

Promoting Tokushima and Participant Recruitment

VTubers XIDEN and MEDA are set to visit Tokushima and share their experiences on social media. Additionally, the event is open to VTubers and V-livers interested in participating, with details available on the “Maple Meet” X account.
