The event “Uta-Waku Relay in Kawaguchi” will be held in the large conference room on the 6th floor of the second main building of Kawaguchi City Hall. The leader will be Tsukushi Kasukabe, a virtual tourism ambassador for Saitama Prefecture, leading the members of the “Kawaguchi Virtual Festival Group,” consisting of 10 VTubers.
