How It Works

Alive Studio is an innovative platform that simplifies the customization of streaming interfaces, providing access to over 1,400 commercially available image materials. It is tailored for digital creators, including VTubers, who can create their own unique broadcast scenes using its comprehensive library of sound effects and BGM. This plugin, when synced with Stream Deck, opens up the possibility for creators to handle multiple functions without the hassle of manual setup.

Stream Deck from Elgato is a versatile control device known for its user-friendly interface, providing a high degree of customization for creators. Each button on the Stream Deck can be mapped to various actions, such as switching scenes, controlling audio, or executing shortcuts through its dedicated software, making streaming operations smoother and more efficient.

Previously, creators had to individually purchase and set up each material or sound effect on “OBS Studio” for use during live broadcasts. This process often resulted in significant time and cost burdens. However, with the integration of the Alive Studio plugin, creators now have convenient access to a vast array of over 200 sound effects and more than 1,400 materials directly through Stream Deck, enhancing the creative latitude during broadcasts.

Enhancing the Creative Process

The Alive Studio plugin is designed to streamline the creative workflow for streamers, particularly those engaged in live game streaming. By pre-configuring sound effects or BGM and other elements like backgrounds or props on the Stream Deck, creators can effortlessly adjust their streams in real-time, bringing a dynamic edge to their content.

User Guide:

1. Download the ‘Alive Studio Plugin byGMO Pepabo, inc.’ from Elgato’s Marketplace.
2. Copy the URLs of desired materials or sound effects from Alive Studio.
3. Assign these URLs within the Stream Deck settings to integrate seamlessly.

The current setup is only compatible with OBS Studio, a free and open-source software for recording and live streaming. However, GMO Pepabo plans to expand its compatibility with additional software in the future.
