VEXZ VTubers Marinas, LiLYPSE, and Kiraboshi Penta Start Using KADOKAWA CSP with Joint Support Program Announcement

VEXZ Inc. announced on May 6, 2026, that its VTuber production “AceeeZ” has begun utilizing KADOKAWA’s YouTube MCN “CSP (Creator Support Program)” with its artists “Marinas,” “LiLYPSE,” and support artist “Kiraboshi Penta.” In addition, the start of discussions for a joint support program specifically tailored for VTubers was announced at “VTUBER EXPO 2026.”

Expanded Opportunities for Singing and Let’s Play Content with CSP

By utilizing CSP, artists from VEXZ/AceeeZ can now secondary utilize various copyrighted materials managed by the KADOKAWA group, such as game, anime, and karaoke sound sources, significantly expanding the range of singing and Let’s Play content. Songs and anime that previously had rights processing hurdles can now be safely utilized by affiliated VTubers within the coverage provided by the CSP framework.

Starting with “Marinas,” “LiLYPSE,” and “Kiraboshi Penta,” it is expected that the entire AceeeZ will increasingly utilize CSP, offering fans a direct benefit of more karaoke and Let’s Play content from their favorite VTubers.

Joint Planning of a VTuber-Specific Support Program

VEXZ has announced that it will also begin a joint planning initiative with KADOKAWA to create a support program focused specifically on VTubers. The program aims to strengthen VTuber activities by combining the expertise VEXZ has accumulated over eight years of operation with the production and event development capabilities specialized for VTubers, based on the functions of CSP.

In this project, AceeeZ will initially join CSP and utilize its features, with “Marinas,” who has eight years of activity history, and “Kiraboshi Penta,” a virtual representation of Pentatsu Penta, known for its ties with Niconico Douga, also joining. Through the efforts of both, the functionality of the MCN optimized for VTubers will be validated.

CSP Achievements Exceeding 780 Channels with Over 68 Million Registered Users

CSP was launched in March 2022 as a service that utilizes the MCN functions provided by YouTube and KADOKAWA’s independently developed management and revenue distribution system for secondary utilization, allowing creators and rights holders to obtain new revenue and PR opportunities. Numerous creators domestically and internationally, including VTubers, streamers, official anime channels, and clip creators, are using CSP, with over 780 channels participating and a total of over 68 million registered users as of the end of March 2026.

AceeeZ is a rising VTuber production that uses the catchphrase “Everyone is a Wild Card.” It focuses on the concept of and develops activities centered around music artist activities. The artists affiliated with AceeeZ include “Marinas,” “LiLYPSE,” Aydes, Gensou Shoujo Love Panic!, Plutoid, and Super Absolute Desuko, under the “ACE” category, while “Buigoma,” “Kiraboshi Penta,” and VJ KOO are included in the “JOKER” category.

Future Developments

VEXZ and KADOKAWA will proceed with the concretization of the VTuber-focused support program starting from the utilization of CSP within AceeeZ. They plan to move forward with planning and development to deliver wonderful services to VTubers, and there is potential for future expansion to other VTubers and agencies beyond AceeeZ. Attention will be on how CSP will expand its functionality as a rights processing foundation for the entire VTuber industry.

Thoughts and Outlook

The “rights processing” issue in the VTuber industry is directly tied to core content such as singing and Let’s Play, and the significance of CSP covering this area comprehensively is substantial. By collaborating with KADOKAWA, a company that engages in music production and large-scale event management like VEXZ, there is a possibility of establishing a rights processing platform optimized for VTubers. As the AceeeZ-affiliated members expand their secondary creative activities, the quantity and quality of content that fans can enjoy should also improve. This initiative is one to watch as it leads to the strengthening of the production infrastructure for the entire VTuber industry.
