CyberAgent, Inc. has announced that pre-orders for collaboration cosmetics between its collab cosmetics brand iCouleur and “Fuwagusa,” a unit of Nijisanji’s Fuwa Minato and Saegusa Akina, will open at 3:00 PM on Monday, May 11, 2026. Beyond an eyeshadow palette featuring newly shot key visuals, the collab is a full-fledged cosmetics line-up that also taps msh Co., Ltd.’s “Love Liner” and “Time Secret” brands.
The Big Picture: “Fuwagusa x iCouleur”
iCouleur is a brand built around the concept “color myself with my favorites,” rolling out collab cosmetics with featured creators. This time, the partnership centers on an eyeshadow palette featuring newly shot key visuals of Fuwagusa, with related goods such as acrylic stands and tin badges also on offer.
On top of that, the eye-makeup brand Love Liner is releasing a liquid eyeliner and an eyelash serum, while the mineral-cosmetics brand Time Secret is releasing a medicated moisture-finish powder set — each in Fuwagusa designs. The lineup goes beyond keepsake goods and into practical cosmetics, which is the defining feature of this round.
Eyeshadow Palette and Original Goods
The centerpiece “Fuwagusa x iCouleur Eyeshadow Palette” is composed of colors inspired by each liver, with newly shot visuals printed inside the palette as well. Two variants are available: “FUWA MINATO Violet Parfait Amour” and “SAEGUSA AKINA Rouge Negroni,” each priced at 3,080 yen (tax included). Pre-orders are accepted via a dedicated page.

Related goods include acrylic stands using the newly shot visuals (1,650 yen each) and tin badges (660 yen each). Customers who purchase two or more eyeshadow palettes will receive a sticker featuring a reproduced handwritten message (two designs in total) as a novelty.
Tie-In Items With Love Liner and Time Secret
The Love Liner Liquid Eyeliner R5 Fuwagusa Design ships in a reusable bottle that supports refills. The Fuwa Minato model comes in “Mocha Greige” and the Saegusa Akina model in “Rose Brown,” priced at 1,760 yen on its own and 3,520 yen as a set with the eyelash serum (both tax included).

“Love Liner All Lash Serum R” also arrives in a Fuwagusa design, with a formula targeting the lash growth cycle to support the natural beauty of lashes. In addition, the Time Secret Medicated Moisture Powder Set (quasi-drug) is a medicated pressed powder containing heparinoid that helps care for skin issues during makeup wear. Each set, including refill, is priced at 2,640 yen (tax included).
Customers who buy these set items (Love Liner’s eyeliner-and-serum set, the Time Secret medicated moisture powder set) will receive a postcard with a reproduced handwritten message (two designs in total) as a novelty.

Hands-On Display at Nijisanji Fes 2026 and Sales Schedule
The pre-order window runs from 3:00 PM on Monday, May 11, 2026 to 11:59 PM on Sunday, May 31. The iCouleur collab items are scheduled to ship from late September 2026, while the Love Liner and Time Secret collab items are scheduled to ship from mid-November onwards. Delivery timing is subject to change.
To celebrate the launch, a hands-on display event will be held over the two-day stretch of Saturday, May 16 and Sunday, May 17, 2026 at the CyberAgent booth in the Nijisanji Fes 2026 sponsor area. A tester corner where visitors can try the actual products and standee panels using the newly shot visuals are also planned. Hours run from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (last admission 5:30 PM), and numbered tickets may be issued depending on crowd levels.
