Hoshinomiya Miruko is an official VTuber built around the concept of “a space gal dispatched from Planet AT-304C to investigate Earth’s entertainment.” Her profile lists a birthday of July 20, an age of 14, and a height of 153cm, presenting an approachable character who loves eating, drawing, and watching anime.

The character concept is by Netaro, with character design and illustration handled by HASU, and Ponpu-cho credited as moderator. Vivid coloring and street-style outfits stand out, and the first-look visuals already convey a distinctive worldview.
