PANDORA Inc.’s VTuber development project “Jinrui Uka Keikaku” and nana music Inc. have launched a joint project to discover and develop next-generation VSingers. The training-style audition combines TikTok LIVE streaming tests with singing submission reviews on the nana app, running in parallel. Applications are open until September 23 (Wed), 2026 at 23:59.

Not a One-Shot Audition — Training and Evaluation Progress in Parallel

This project is not a conventional audition where the outcome is decided by a single singing test. Applicants first join “Jinrui Uka Keikaku Light” and take on both TikTok LIVE streaming evaluations and nana app singing submission reviews in parallel.

Through streaming activities, the program assesses motivation, consistency, streaming aptitude, and fan-building ability, gauging each participant’s potential as a VSinger. The goal is to discover and develop talent with not only singing ability but also the power to build a fanbase, maintain streaming consistency, and monetize their activities. Even those with no live streaming experience can participate.

High-Performing Streamers Move to 1-on-1 Support with V-Body Lending and Monetization Assistance

Participants who receive high streaming evaluations in the initial test transition to Jinrui Uka Keikaku’s 1-on-1 support program. They engage in full-scale streaming activities while receiving 1-on-1 coaching focused on TikTok LIVE, a loaner general-purpose V-body, and monetization support.

The organizers cite as background for the project that many creators face challenges such as “not knowing how to grow a fanbase,” “having no opportunity to try live streaming,” “being unable to turn consistent activity into revenue,” and “having few chances to be seen by agencies or music industry professionals” — despite having singing talent and vocal appeal.

Singing Auditions Start from Round 1 with Up to 6 Attempts — 3 Million Diamonds Unlocks nana music Affiliation

Alongside streaming development, nana music conducts regular singing submission reviews. The singing auditions are not one-time only — participants can attempt them starting from round 1, up to a maximum of 6 times during the training period. Not only initial ability at the time of application, but also growth throughout activities, changes in expressiveness, and future potential as a VSinger are part of the evaluation.

Participants who accumulate 1 million diamonds by the end of the 4th month from the start of official streaming receive one special voice training session from nana music. Furthermore, participants who accumulate 3 million diamonds by the end of the 6th month and receive high singing evaluations become eligible for nana music affiliation and complimentary production of a custom V-body. The organizers also note that even before reaching the diamond targets, participants whom nana music evaluates particularly highly may be individually considered for affiliation.

nana is a smartphone app that allows users to create, post, and collaborate on music works with just one device. Featuring multi-track recording and processing functions, it enables even those without DAW experience to engage in full-fledged music production.

Future Plans — Jinrui Uka Keikaku Continues Streaming Support Even After Affiliation

Jinrui Uka Keikaku is a development project run by PANDORA Inc. that supports individual creators who are serious about VTuber activities. Operating primarily on TikTok LIVE, it provides streaming know-how, activity support, monetization assistance, and V-body lending. The company has previously conducted initiatives such as a joint VTuber recruitment audition with Queen’s Avenue.

Under this project, after nana music affiliation is confirmed, nana music takes the lead on production while Jinrui Uka Keikaku continues to support streaming activities. Application requirements include being able to take on TikTok LIVE streaming activities, being able to submit singing posts on the nana app, and being able to communicate via Discord. Applications are accepted through the special page, with a deadline of September 23 (Wed) at 23:59.
