Continuing the momentum from the past two sold-out performances, ticket sales for May shows start
“Rabipare!!” has sold out their last two performances, generating excitement in the live house in Shinjuku. General ahead-of-sale tickets for the May show are now available starting today.
The venue is BUZZ music LABO Shinjuku (2-19-17 Kabukicho, Shinjuku Ward, Tokyo, B1F Ishikawa Building). The ticket price is 3,000 yen (+1 drink), with doors opening at 11:45 and the show starting at 12:30. Tickets can be purchased from the official sales site.
Members’ first self-written songs to be released in two consecutive months
The highlight of this event is the “two consecutive new song releases” commemorating the members’ birth months in May and June. As a first for the unit, the members will be writing the lyrics themselves.
The May release will feature a song written by Yomogi Inumori, showcasing the passion she has infused into her singing, elevated into “words.” The June release will feature a song by Kanon Aozora
, portraying the best moments created with fans during live performances from her unique perspective driven by her free-spirited sensibilities.
A VTuber × real live experience that is gaining attention for being “cute in real life”
The reason “Rabipare!!” is supported lies in the overwhelming sense of unity that extends beyond the monitor. On social media and at live events, there is a growing buzz about how “their real appearance is cute,” and the moment when bonds nurtured through streaming transform into a tangible connection in a live setting is a significant draw.
As a representative unit of VTuber × real live, this group balances the enjoyment of delivering a virtual experience as a VTuber with the energy created specifically through real live events, which is attracting attention in the industry as a new entertainment experience.
Future developments: May 10th performance in Shinjuku and the following two-month consecutive new song releases
The offline live “Mini Live ~ True Love ~” on May 10, 2026, will mark the beginning of the unit’s first-ever initiative, followed by the May release of the song written by Yomogi Inumori and the June release of the song written by Kanon Aozora. These songs, imbued with thoughts for the fans and the identity of the members, are likely to reveal new facets of the members.
The phase this time, characterized by a record of sold-out performances in a Shinjuku live house, real visuals trending on social media, and songs written by the members themselves, seems to be a significant milestone for Rabipare!!.
Impressions and outlook
“Rabipare!!” is embodying the very air of the current scene where VTubers are increasingly being established as “real idols,” beyond mere streaming. Not just their record of consecutive sold-out performances, but the attempt to weave songs with the members’ own words is a mechanism that deepens and tightens their relationship with fans. As VTuber × real live enters a new phase, Rabipare!!’s journey will likely serve as a barometer for how far this culture can expand.
