Takeaway and Outlook
The scale — simultaneous rollout at three locations, menus rotating between halves, and the participation of 12 livers — places this among the larger VTuber collaboration cafes of recent years. The paid advance booking (550 yen with a bonus item) reads as a design intended to balance crowd control with bonus value. Combining ANYCOLOR’s accumulated know-how in collaboration cafe operations with and GALLERY’s expertise in running art spaces, the project is positioned to draw fans across the Tokyo, Kansai, and Chubu regions. It is also likely to serve as a useful reference template for future VTuber × physical store collaborations.
